Empower customers to pay invoices instantly through digital payment gateways. 1. Gateway Connection: Navigate to Settings → Payment Gateways. Select your preferred provider (Stripe, Tap Payments, PayTabs, or MyFatoorah) and enter your secure API keys. 2. Public Invoice Checkout: When sending an invoice email or WhatsApp link, customers can click 'Pay Online' to open the secure, white-labeled checkout page supporting Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and local debit schemes. 3. Webhook Confirmation: Upon successful payment, the gateway triggers an authenticated webhook. Ooctal automatically marks the invoice as Paid, generates the Receipt Voucher, and updates customer accounts. 4. Payout Reconciliation: When the payment processor deposits net funds into your bank account, match the payout transfer against gateway fee expense accounts in Bank Reconciliation.
