Users, permissions, and subscription limits

Invite users from Company Settings, assign roles, and grant only the modules and actions required for their work. Review active sessions and remove access when a user leaves. Subscription limits may affect users, documents, storage, integrations, or module access. The backend remains the authority; do not rely on hiding a button as the only permission control.
