Safeguard enterprise workspace data with layered security protocols. 1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Users can enable time-based one-time password (TOTP) 2FA using Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or 1Password under User Profile → Security. 2. Enforce 2FA for Administrators: Workspace owners can require mandatory 2FA for all users holding administrative or financial posting roles. 3. Session Management and Inactivity Timeout: Configure automatic logout intervals after periods of user inactivity to prevent unauthorized access on shared terminals. 4. Comprehensive Audit Trail: All creations, modifications, status changes, and login attempts are permanently recorded with timestamp, user ID, IP address, and changed attributes under Settings → Audit Logs.
