Inventory valuation and low-stock alerts
Understand stock value, reorder thresholds, and inventory reports.
Use Reports → Inventory Valuation to review on-hand quantities and cost value. Use the Low Stock view to find items at or below their reorder threshold. Investigate negative or unexpected balances by opening the movement history for the product and warehouse.
Valuation depends on the configured costing and accounting rules. Do not change historical stock manually to make a report balance; correct the source movement instead.
