Products, variants, and pricing
Create sellable items with stock, cost, price, tax, and SKU information.
Go to Inventory → Products → Add. Enter the product name, category, unit, SKU or barcode, purchase cost, sale price, tax, and stock-tracking option. Use variants for attributes such as size, color, or model. Configure reorder levels and the warehouses that can hold the item.
Keep cost and sale prices current, but review the accounting and valuation effect before changing an item already used in posted documents.
