1. One-Click Unsubscribe Headers: Every outgoing broadcast email includes List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers, allowing major email providers (such as Gmail and Yahoo) to display a safe one-click unsubscribe button directly in the email client header.
2. Public Unsubscribe Page: Recipients who click the unsubscribe link in the footer are directed to a secure, branded confirmation screen.
3. Multi-Tenant Isolation: When a recipient unsubscribes from your campaign, their address is added to your company's dedicated suppression list. They are strictly excluded from future marketing broadcasts from your workspace without affecting other independent tenant companies.
4. Manual Suppression Management: Administrators can review, search, and manage suppressed contacts from Settings → Communication Suppression.
