Table reservations, dining floor plans, and guest waitlist management
Manage dining room floor plans, book table reservations, and coordinate guest seating.
Maximize dining capacity and improve customer hospitality.
1. Visual Floor Plan: In Restaurant → Floor Plan, arrange service areas (Indoor Dining, Outdoor Terrace, VIP Private Rooms) and define table shapes and seating capacities.
2. Booking Reservations: Enter advance guest reservations with customer name, phone number, party size, reservation date, time slot, and special requests (e.g., birthday, high chair).
3. Live Table Status: Tables are visually color-coded on the floor plan: Green (Available), Blue (Reserved), Yellow (Occupied / Dining), and Red (Billed / Awaiting Cleaning).
4. Waitlist Queue: When fully booked, add walk-in guests to the digital waitlist and send automated SMS or WhatsApp notifications when their table is ready.
